  3. Take a plastic sheet/butter paper- take small dough - flatten it, apply little ghee both the side and roll it out into thin chapati..
  4. Cut it into triangles and spread them on greased oven tray/ meanwhile preheat oven on 160 degree for 10 minutes..
  5. Put it into oven and bake it for 10 minutes on 160 degree- then flip the side and again bake it for another 8-10 minutes or till it turns into nice brown and crispy..
  6. Enjoy it with Mexican salsa.3rd picture- I bake it 5 minutes more for brown colour..
